Do you charge to come out and look?
You’ll always know the cost before we roll — describe the problem first and we’ll quote the visit up front. Simple questions get answered by phone for free.
Can you fix it remotely?
Often, yes — software problems, email issues, and many network gremlins can be handled the same day with a secure remote session. If it needs hands on hardware, we come to you.
What if it breaks again?
If the same problem comes back shortly after a fix, call us — we stand behind the work. And if a pattern of small breakdowns is costing you time, a monthly retainer usually beats paying visit by visit.
